I was referred to Darren by friend after having a poor experience with another realtor. I wouldn't say that I'm the easiest client to please because I want things to go 100% the way that I want them to. I was adamant about using my lender and not the builders lender on a new construction home. After expressing my concern Darren was able to negotiate a better deal and I was able to use my lender which the other realtor was not able to accomplish. After going through the full process with Darren I can say without a doubt that he is a solid negotiator and competent realtor.
